To support the various scholarship initiatives supported, maintained and delivered by the Rocks Inc. All contributions will be added to scholarship initiatives exclusively. Feel free to make any size contribution. You can donate anonymously as well. The Rocks Inc. thank you for any and every donation in advance.

To honor LTG Honor's legacy The National Board of the ROCKS, Inc. has established a Leadership Award recognizing the most outstanding graduating college Senior. The recipient receives a $3,000.00 stipend, recognition at the ROCKS Annual Spring Gala and Awards Ceremony and their name will be placed on a perpetual LTG Edward Honor trophy.

Board members' contributions set an example for other members of the organization and demonstrate to potential corporate contributors a personal investment on behalf of each board member.

The Journey is a historical keepsake that showcases the organization’s growth and achievement from 1974 through 2015.


Your tax-deductible contribution helps get The Journey published and into the hands of an inquisitive audience. Sale proceeds help keep National and Chapter programs and projects running to keep the legacy alive and vibrant.

The ROCKS, Inc. is a tax-exempt non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) comprised of ROTC and Military Academy Cadets, active duty, reserve component, commissioned officers and active duty or reserve component warrant officers and Department of Defense GS12 and above civilians. The organization was formed to provide mentorship, professional development and social interaction to strengthen the officer corps. In addition to the R.C. Cartwright Scholarship Fund, the "Leadership Outreach" program provides the opportunity for teams consisting of ROCK members to visit Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to provide professional career development guidance to ROTC students.
