ROCKS Scholarships

The National Board of The ROCKS, Inc. awards annual scholarships to outstanding ROTC cadets who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, character, and commitment to service.  These scholarships honor Lieutenant General (Ret.) Edward Honor and Brigadier General (Ret.) Roscoe C. Cartwright, and are open to ROTC Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Navy ROTC cadets at colleges, universities and military schools across the United States.  By reducing the financial barriers, The ROCKS Inc., helps high-potential cadets access greater educational opportunities and continue developing as future military leaders.

Army ROTC National Scholarship provides access to four-year, or two-year scholarships if you decide to join Army ROTC as a college student.
